About Us
Greenwood Veterinary clinic has been well established over many years (over 27 years), offering a friendly personal service to all its patients and clients with its polite, professional and knowledgeable staff giving the high standard of care you would expect.
The clinic has been in South Ruislip since the mid 1980’s and over this time has grown and seen many changes both within the clinic and within the local area.
The clinic has steadily grown and now has its own in-house laboratory, digital x-ray equipment, blood pressure monitoring, cautery and dental machines to name but a few! We even concentrate our own Oxygen to use during anaesthesia, which helps us to be greener.
The clinic is served by a weekly ultra-sonographer who holds a General practitioner certificate in diagnostic imaging so we can offer in house ultrasounds to give the best diagnostic service we can.
In house we also have 2 very experienced registered qualified nurses who are here to help you and also our 2 fabulous receptionists who will deal with your worries.
Mehdi Shorafa and Andrew Wood are our fantastic highly experienced Veterinary Surgeons. Andrew having been here for many years offering a wealth of experience and Mehdi who we welcomed in 2022 bringing his expert surgical experience to the clinic.
We are proud to be one of the few truly independent Veterinary Clinics around not being part of a chain or franchise and aim to offer excellent up to date services while still being the kind of clinic that generations of family come rely on year after year to care for your pets.
