We've been with Greenwood Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. The service is simply outstanding. There is a level of care offered at Greenwood which is unparalleled to anything I have experienced elsewhere. Not only do the team look after our fur babies wonderfully when they are unwell or for general check-ups, but they also have an incredible bedside manner when we face the heartbreak of having to say goodbye - which we recently had to with our cat, Smudge. The team are compassionate, respectful and incredibly caring which helps so much when making those difficult decisions and our emotions are scattered. I would recommend Greenwood in a heartbeat.

Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!

We arrived unregistered at opening in a panic after a simple skin tear on the hind leg of our dog had unravelled to reveal a horrendous flesh wound exposing much of the muscles and tendons. After some initial confusion Medhi went above and beyond to make contact with a subsidiary of our vets (our vets was closed) to obtain relevant paper work and had us booked in without delay. We returned later that afternoon and was met by Gareth who was excellent. He explained the procedure and really put us at ease. We couldn't believe it as our dog more or less skipped out with her new best friend Hayley the receptionist who was equally great and a real credit to the team. infact the whole practice is a cut above any that we have used in the past. We didn't have pet insurance and paid a fair price without any upselling or nonsense extras. I have 2 large dogs that I will be registering straight away. We will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks for looking after us.
